Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Imageframe Ltd and you, the student.  We may amend these terms from time to time, so you should check the terms before you undertake a transaction with us.

If your course requires you to have a particular qualification, you must be able to provide proof of that qualification at the point of application.

Full payment must be received at least 21 days in advance of the course start date.  Imageframe accepts Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV) in payment for eligible Microsoft courses.  Under the terms of the Microsoft SATV scheme vouchers cannot be used against cancellation charges or transfer fees.  All forms of payment (including SATV) are liable for cancellation and transfer charges in accordance with the conditions set out on this page.

Where promotional codes apply to a course fee, these are subject to validation and eligibility and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.  Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Supply of the Course

We reserve the right to alter a course in any way which does not materially affect the nature and suitability of the course.

Course Materials

The intellectual property rights to course materials belong to Imageframe Ltd.  Students are permitted to use the course materials for the sole purpose of studying the course and for the student’s own personal use and information.  Students are not permitted to copy course materials without our express permission.

Course Quality

Imageframe guarantees that the course will be delivered and conducted in a professional and appropriate manner, and that the course is fit for the purpose described in the course literature and on this website.  Imageframe further guarantees that the course contains the information required to achieve the stated qualification or standard, but does not and cannot guarantee that a particular student will attain the required standard.

If You Want to Cancel Your Course Place

If you cancel a course place more than 21 days prior to the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less 25%.  The 25% we retain covers booking fees and the cost of course materials which may already have been obtained.  If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the start date of the course, we reserve the right to take payment for the full amount.

If We Cancel or Reschedule Your Course

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses where the number of students enrolled for a particular course makes it uneconomical for the company.  We will notify the student at the earliest opportunity and refund all course fees paid if the student does not wish to attend an alternative course.

If You Want To Reschedule Your Course

A course place can be rescheduled if notice is provided more than 21 days in advance of the start date of the course, subject to new course dates and places being available.  There will be no fees associated with a rescheduling more than 21 days in advance but any further rescheduling of the same booking will incur a fee of £500 + VAT.

Removal of Student

We reserve the right to remove a student from a course if they are interfering with the other students’ work, or causing disruption of any kind.

Examination Vouchers

Where a course includes a voucher to take an exam, unless it is stated that the examination will take place during the course, it is the student’s responsibility to arrange and attend the exam appointment at a test centre.  There is no guarantee of a pass.
